Supported by a team of energetic, service-obsessed sales professionals, our credit card solutions–all six of them–are specifically designed to go beyond our customers' expectations, and then some.

Our sales environment is designed to drive results. Account executives receive warm leads daily–that's right, no cold calling–with conversion rates between 25% and 80%. With no cap on commissions and direct access to senior leadership, the opportunities for personal and financial achievement are virtually unlimited. Our team morale is high, and we are constantly communicating with each other about daily wins and future possibilities.

While the Credit Card department is competitive, we think of it as friendly competition. We set team goals, and when we hit them, we all win. You'll often find us in sales role plays, giving each other honest, constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Those who are organized, dedicated, and willing to put the hours in, rise to the top and make a name for themselves on our team, and at BHG.
