What You'll Do
  • Coach and Lead Teams: Guide multiple teams through the software development lifecycle, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting best practices to support high-quality, on-time delivery. 
  • Drive Alignment and Agility: Partner with technical and product stakeholders to align priorities, remove impediments, and create roadmaps that bring agility and measurable value to the organization. 
  • Foster Continuous Improvement: Use data-driven insights and key performance metrics to evaluate progress, identify opportunities, and lead teams toward continuous improvement and innovation. 
  • Deliver Strategic Value: Partner with Product, Program Management and technology to prioritize work, align roadmaps, and drive outcomes that matter. 
  • Embrace Innovation: Explore how AI and emerging technologies can improve team efficiency, streamline delivery, and drive smarter decision-making across projects. 
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay current on Agile, Project Management, and Program trends in the market, and translate those insights into actionable coaching and strategy to evolve team practices and organizational agility. 
What You'll Need
  • 8+ years of experience in a technology environment with at least 5 years in an Agile leadership role 
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe 
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams 
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing delivery pipelines 
  • Comfortable working across teams and influencing without authority 
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills 
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field; Advanced A-CSM or higher level certification is required 
  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a desire to apply innovation to improve team performance and outcomes
