Who You Are
BHG Financial is looking for a self‐driven, autonomous and ambitious individual with the ability and willingness to learn about our financial products and services. As a Placements Specialist, you will be working on daily loan sale operations, supporting the sales team and other team members. You will experience working in a high‐energy environment while continuing to gain extensive knowledge of the financial services industry.
What You'll Do
  • Responsible for working in daily operations related to all loan sales
  • Prepare direct offers, the daily loan auction and create loan closing packages
  • Prepare master agreements, UCC’s and related communication with legal and accounting departments
  • Communicate with bank partners via email and phone providing superior customer service and support
  • Use tools and platforms such as Excel and DocuSign daily
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2+ years of professional experience (preferred)
  • Organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with documentation and customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel
  • Enjoys and works well in a fast paced sales environment
  • Understands and contributes to being a team player
  • Prior exposure to legal agreements a plus but not required
