Who You Are
You are a motivated Compliance professional who is passionate about identifying and analyzing compliance risk. You excel at providing detailed analytics to the the overall effectiveness of compliance related policies and procedures and internal controls, and have experience identifying, correcting and reporting compliance issues. You are a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can help BHG meet our regulatory requirements and keep pace with our rapid growth.
What You'll Do
  • Perform statistical analysis, testing, and impact analysis on data sets related to compliance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand, formulate ideas, and create data sets and reports.
  • Deliver actionable findings and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Create visual and written displays of quantitative information.
  • Introduce, design, establish, maintain, and improve existing Compliance tracking.
  • Develop and automate reports and dashboards.
What You'll Need
  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis in a corporate or bank setting.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative fields such as Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, etc.
  • Proficient with SQL, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and aptitude to pick up new skills and domain knowledge.
  • Ability to interpret data to discover deeper or non-intuitive results.
  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.
  • Excited to collaborate and eager to learn.
