Bilingual Customer Service Representative (12-9pm EST Shift)

Who You Are
You are a motivated Customer Service professional who is passionate about providing support and helping others. You excel at listening and problem resolution and have experience handling high volumes of inbound calls and emails. You are a passionate and enthusiastic team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make customers feel heard and helped with every interaction.

What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound calls from borrowers and providers
  • Place outbound calls to borrowers for welcome/registration calls, payment reminders, late payment notifications, and address updates on returned mail
  • Respond to voicemails, e-mails and service tickets submitted by borrowers and providers
  • Update CRM with all call notes and actions
  • Handle borrower payment arrangements, current and delinquent
  • Review reports to verify all electronic notifications to borrowers are sent timely from the system
  • Upload notification reports to mail house system for timely letter delivery
  • Update account information in loan system for borrowers and providers
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a financial services environment; experience in loan customer service a plus
  • Bilingual- Spanish speaking
  • Ability to work 12-9pm Eastern Standard Time
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; courteous with a positive attitude
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word / MS Outlook / MS PowerPoint/ MS Excel; experience working in Salesforce or Cloud Lending a plus
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment built around same-day transactions.
