Who You Are

You are a motivated Salesforce professional who is passionate about Salesforce architecture and development. You excel at the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce as a foundational platform across all business units. You have a track record of delivering large, complex Salesforce projects, and are passionate about technology, quality, and the Salesforce platform. Additionally, you have a keen sense of process improvement and a strong desire to solve business problems. You will be responsible for providing technical and architectural leadership for Salesforce applications, will lead a software development team composed of internal resources and vendor partners
What You'll Do
  • Lead design and development of end-to-end Automated Regression and Performance test scripts where Salesforce is core to the solution and architecture.
  • Define end-to-end testing processes and methods in the Salesforce environment including cross-system integrations across multiple workstreams.
  • Review user stories and translate them into test plans and test cases.
  • Execute manual test cases/scripts to ensure delivery of quality software and log/track defects.
  • Work with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams such as Salesforce Development, web development, Integrations, and Database teams to discuss test results and troubleshoot issues.
  • Participate in business requirements and technical requirements meetings and all Agile ceremonies.
  • Research and find opportunities to utilize SFDC QA best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling, and monitoring.
  • Participate and conduct smoke testing for the monthly/weekly release process
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of practical experience in testing technology solutions
  • * 5+ years in building and maintaining automated test scripts.
  • 4+ years Salesforce platform experience of testing solutions on Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Communities, and Service Cloud is highly desired.
  • Salesforce Certified is highly desired.
  • Expertise in using integration middleware, knowledge of databases, Azure/Cloud.
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to delivering high-quality software that balances technical and business goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with a variety of audiences at all levels.
  • Expertise in using integration middleware (APIs), CI/CD (i.e Teamcity, Jenkins, Git), Cloud (i.e Azure, AWS, GoogleCloud), and knowledge of databases (i.e MongoDB, SQL) are required.
  • Experience in C#/.NET development is preferred
