In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Creating, implementing, and manage large, multi-tenant Salesforce initiatives. At a high level, he will be responsible for 70% of his time mentoring, quality assurance, and ensuring work completion of junior engineers on time. 30% of his time will be spent on production support that will require Apex development, debugging, configuration, API development, and smoke testing
Initiatives include meeting the company’s business objectives such as not limited to Next Generation customer service for B2C and B2B; Keystone initiatives on Credit card and Fundex Solution Group; NextGen operational efficiencies
You have expertise of 11+ years in Salesforce eco-system, managing onshore/offshore delivery models, and root cause analysis of externally developed custom code will contribute to the success of Bankers Healthcare business objectives
