60,000+ Meals in Motion

60,000+ Meals in Motion

By Alysa Cronin

BHG Financials’ focus on the health and wellness of its employees and the communities they live and work is a pillar of the company’s corporate values—not just during the holidays but all year round.

And while the organization has been busy giving back to nearly 50 different charitable organizations over the course of 2022, this fall, leadership is focused on addressing food insecurity in the areas the company maintains footholds: Florida, Georgia, and New York.

“We are an organization founded on stepping in and stepping up to a challenge,” says BHG Chief Executive Officer, Al Crawford.” That is why BHG is sponsoring four separate partnerships with four different 501(c)3 private nonprofit organizations this November, all focused on providing fresh and healthy food to underserved areas, says Crawford.

Between supporting initiatives ensuring everyone in Central NY has access to nutritious food: the Food Bank of Central New York; to feeding senior citizens in Florida: The Pantry of Broward; to fighting hunger in Atlanta and north Georgia: Atlanta Community Food Bank; and helping low-income New Yorkers: Food Bank For New York City, BHG Financial is committed to making a difference.

Four Locations + Four Donations = 60,000 Meals

With the collaboration of the below-named nonprofit organizations, BHG is projected to provide more than 60,000 meals to those in need this November and December. Read on to learn more about these epic players in fighting hunger across Florida, Georgia, and New York.
